Defective/Damaged Products

Vape Pens: All disposable pens, pen cartridges and pen batteries have a 15 calendar day replacement guarantee from the day of receipt of your order. We require photo image of product in question. Once proven this product has a fault you can return this product for store credit at our shipping expense. Replacements/store credit are approved once verified as a manufacturer defect. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use are not covered by our replacement policy. If you have ordered the wrong size cartridge, please see “Wrongly Ordered Products” below.

Edibles, Tinctures, and Topicals: Edibles, tinctures, and topicals (including pet products) have a 7 calendar day period to initiate a return. We require photo image of product in question. Once proven this product has a fault you can return this product for store credit at our shipping expense. Replacements/store credit are approved once verified as a manufacturer defect. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use are not covered by our replacement policy.

Vessel Pens: One (1) Year Limited Warranty Information

Vessel Brand Inc. warrants the Vessel Pen (not its accessories) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either (1) Repair the product defect, or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is at least a functionally equivalent product.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.

Wrongly Ordered Products

Mistakes happen! If you have wrongly ordered a product we will only proceed with a refund as Store Credit if this product is unopened and unused. You can send the product back to our warehouse at your shipping cost. If the product is received and it is opened/used, we are not to proceed with a refund of any kind. You will be sent the product back, again at your shipping cost.

Wrong Product Was Sent

We will exchange it at our shipping cost. We require product that was sent to be returned, again, at our shipping cost.
